Is it per leader?
No. $50/month covers the whole ministry — every leader, every student, every game. A ministry of forty leaders pays what a ministry of three pays.
What happens if we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out. Your leaders keep seeing the board, their commitments and check-in; what pauses is adding and editing students, teams and games. Start again and it all picks up where it was.
Can we try it first?
That is what the example season is for. Sign up, load it, and use the real app with made-up students until you know whether it fits. Removing it is one tap and never touches your own leaders.
Who handles the money?
Stripe, entirely. Card details never reach this app, receipts and invoices come from Stripe, and cancelling is a button in their portal rather than an email to us.
Do students pay, or sign in?
Neither. Students have no accounts and never see the app. It is a tool for the leaders who show up for them.
Can we get a discount?
If $50/month is the thing standing between your students and somebody in the stands, write to hello@ourstands.com and say so. That is a conversation, not a form.
