Questions
Is it per leader?

No. $50/month covers the whole ministry — a ministry of forty leaders pays what a ministry of three pays. The plan covers up to 250 students on the roster and 250 leaders, which is more than almost any youth ministry has.

What if we are bigger than that?

Then you are on custom pricing rather than the $50/month plan. Write to hello@ourstands.com with a rough idea of how many students and leaders you have and we will quote it. You will know the number before anything changes, and nothing about your roster is touched in the meantime.

What happens if we stop paying?

What pauses is adding and editing students, teams and games — which during a season is most of the work: every new fixture, every roster change, every correction. What is already on the board stays there and nothing is deleted, so a ministry between seasons loses nothing by stopping. Start again and it picks up where it was.

Can we try it first?

That is what the example season is for. Sign up, load it, and use the real app with made-up students until you know whether it fits. Removing it is one tap and never touches your own leaders.

Who handles the money?

Stripe, entirely. Card details never reach this app, receipts and invoices come from Stripe, and cancelling is a button in their portal rather than an email to us.

Do students pay, or sign in?

Neither. Students have no accounts and never see the app. It is a tool for the leaders who show up for them.

Can we get a discount?

If $50/month is the thing standing between your students and somebody in the stands, write to hello@ourstands.com and say so. That is a conversation, not a form.
